Elliott compressors incorporate proprietary EDGE technology with advances in aerodynamics, rotor dynamics, computerized equipment selection, process simulation and metallurgy, as well as custom-engineered lubrication, seal and piping systems.

STEAM TURBINES

Grizpower Sdn Bhd carries the exclusive agency for the Elliott Group which designs, manufactures and services critical turbo machinery.

Elliott steam turbines have earned a reputation as the most rugged, reliable and versatile drivers in the industry. Combining engineering expertise, rugged designs and precision manufacturing, Elliott steam turbines are built to perform and endure years of continuous service. These powerful workhorses provide exceptional value and performance in a broad range of mechanical and power generation applications. With power requirements, steam conditions and speeds constantly rising, Elliott has continued to develop its steam turbine product lines to meet ever more challenging operating conditions. Elliott steam turbines are rated for inlet steam conditions up to 2000 psig/1005 degrees F and speeds up to 20,000 rpm.

These steam turbines come in a variety of sizes ranging from small, 20 hp (15 kW) single stage units, to large 135,000 hp (100,000 kW) multi-valve, multi-stage extraction condensing units and can be built to API standards and customized to meet exacting customer specifications.

Gearbox Applications & Services

Grizpower Sdn Bhd carries the exclusive agency for Philadelphia Gears Corporation and have been their appointed agents in Malaysia since 2009. Based in America, Philadelphia Gears was acquired through a merger in 2011 with the Timken Company however they still manufacture and produce Gear Drives and components under their original brand name.

This also includes the manufacture and supply of all Nippon Gear units and parts, who Philadelphia Gear had previously designed and were the licensee for. On top of that, Philadelphia Gear has the capability to reverse engineer other gearbox brands / models to offer an exact drop in replacement.

This would consist of the supply of Enclosed Drives consisting of Low-Speed Pump Drives, High-Speed Pump & Compressor Drives, Single & Double Reduction Cooling Tower Drives, , Accessory Drives, Generator Drives (Load-Boxes) and Synchro torque Technology. Besides these complete units, the parts under their scope consist but is not limited to Gearings (High Speed Pinion & Shaft, Low Speed Gear), Bearings, Lubrication Accessories, Housings, Adapter Plates, Heat Treating and Diagnostic Instrumentation and Environmental protection.

The after sales service for maintenance and reliability checks is offered through their Onsite Technical Services (OTSSM) consisting of the Inspection, Maintenance, Repair and/or Upgrades of any gearbox not limited to the Philadelphia Gear brand. These are conducted through highly qualified Field Service Engineers (FSE) for both upstream and downstream service jobs.
